About Crystal Kluke

It was while completing Computer Programming studies at Algonquin College that Crystal Kluke realized she had a greater passion - real estate!

Her journey from computer whiz to licensed agent began when she took on part-time reception duties at Royal Lepage Team Realty's Carling office while completing her diploma. As her loyalty and reputation grew so did her responsibilities and soon she was managing the Stittsville office full-time and running the Royal Lepage Customer Care Program.

Working one-on-one with agents gave Crystal insight into the real estate industry and how fulfilling it can be. That's when she had her epiphany. although she had invested two years into her studies at Algonquin and received her Computer Programming diploma she realized her true calling was not dealing with bits and bytes while face-to-face with a computer but dealing face-to-face with people.

She became a licensed agent and joined Carole's team in January 2005 bringing with her five years of real estate knowledge, an uncanny ability to multi-task, invaluable computer skills (that diploma paid off!) and a truly contagious smile.

As the team's Listing Manager, Crystal's main responsibility is to assist Carole on the listing end - from listing presentations to offer negotiations and everything in between and afterwards. She is also back-up to Carole, ensuring that there is always someone there for the Buyers. It is vital in this industry that there is someone responsible for the information flow between all parties, be it verbal, legal documents or virtual. She is Carole's right arm (and sometimes her left arm too!) and the link between team and client.
