• We will put you on automatic confirmation so that when a new listing comes on that meets your criteria, it will be emailed to you.
• You have the option of us conversing ONLY by email if you choose.
• We will give you the address so that you have the option of driving by. Let us know if you want to see it.
• We will preview the home for you and give a report back to you.
• When we find the RIGHT home then:
  • We will get your time table and work around YOUR time, booking in as many or as few homes as you wish in a day. YOU are the boss!
  • We will email you detailed information on the properties ahead of time.
  • We will prepare a total tour-kit which will include info on comparable sales in the area or of that particular model. You will know what a fair price is.
  • We research any new developments or rezoning in your area of interest.
