• We review not only current properties for sale, but also properties which have sold recently too. This helps you see if your dream house is a realistic dream. Does it really exist..in my price range?
• We set up house tours, at a time convenient to you. You will receive a tour package kit including information on comparable property sales.
• Need advice from an expert on a particular house? We have access to trades people, interior designers, insurance companies, lawyers, or whatever you need.
• We are your Time Savers! We provide One-Stop Shopping: We can arrange for your banking, building inspector, lawyer, trades people, cleaners and interior designers. Just think of the time that you save!
