Our position: We recognize that you need us to have someone available immediately, whenever you need us. That is the benefit of a team. There is ALWAYS someone there. We will never say that we cannot do an offer that night because of another commitment. We work by YOUR timeline…not ours. If you are in town for only a given period of time, we know how to work around your timelines to make everything come together (from ensuring that building inspectors are available to having paperwork ready to go). Our job is to ensure that you and your family have a place to live…a bed to sleep in. We work following your guidelines.
